NFC User Manual
Hardware
requirement: Android 5.0 or above mobile phone with NFC function..
1.
Install the NFC version lock software
2.
Run the TOMCAT
Double click startup.bat(D:\LOCK\TOMCAT\bin)
to start the server
Note: please keep this Tomcat window running.

Set the computer ip as static ip;
Note: If you do not know the pc’s ip address, please input ‘ipconfig’ at cmd window.

Turn on mobile phone NFC function

Set up mobile phone wifi
The mobile phone wifi configuration must be the same LAN as server network
6.
Configure the server ip
6.1 Enter the app
and click ‘IP Config’, then input the server ip and click sure
6.2 Input user
name and password, then click ‘Login’
Note: You can add the ‘App Unlock’ and ‘App Card Setting’ authority in ‘User Management’ of the lock software (These 2 authority usually for master user).
① App Unlock: if add this authority to user, the user can use app to unlock the door;
② App Card Setting: it uses to set the app unlock card number(card number should be 8 digits). The card number will be showed at ‘Lock Record’ after using app to unlock.
7.
App function introduction
7.1 Set Lock (It
uses to set the lock information and time information)
Operation:
① Click ‘Set Lock’
③ Select the room you want to set and take the mobile phone to touch the lock
7.2 Unlock (This
function only for the user which has ‘App Unlock’ authority)
Operation:
① Click ‘Unlock’
② Take the mobile phone to touch the lock
7.3 Lock Record (It
uses to read the unlock record of the lock)
Operation:
① Click ‘Lock Record’
②Keep mobile phone near the lock, you will hear 1 long beep with blue led flashing, when hear 1 short beep, you can check the unlock record
Note: You also can check the unlock record on hotel lock system by uploading record, details as follow.
Step 1, make sure mobile phone wifi is the same LAN as server network;
Step 2, click ‘Record Manage’
Step 3, input room number and click ‘Read room records’, then click ‘Upload record’ to upload 1 room’s unlock records or click ‘Upload local all records’ to upload all record to hotel lock software database
Step 4, enter hotel lock software and check unlock records at ‘Lock Record’
Operation:
① Click ‘Lock Information’ or ‘Lock Clock’
② Take the mobile phone to touch the lock
7.5 Set Clock (It is used to
set mobile phone’s time information to the lock)
Operation:
① Click ‘Set Clock’
② Take the mobile to touch the lock
Note: After changing the batteries, the lock maybe will lost the time information. Please use the ‘Clock Setting’ function to set the time information of the lock.
7.6 Check Out (It is
used to check out the room)
Operation:
① Click ‘Check out’
② Take the mobile phone to touch the lock
7.7 Clear Setting
(It is used to clear the lock’s information that has been set)
Operation:
① Click ‘Clear Setting’
② Take the mobile phone to touch the lock
