3 System
setting
3.1 Introduction for setting functions
This item must be operated by professional engineers and technicians.
Users can’t change optionally.
3.2 Address setting
1.Room numbering rule: The room number is 13 digits. The first bit is machine character(1 is unit door phone, 7 is fence machine.)
2.Form of room number: Character(1digit)+Zip code(2digits)+ Building No.(2digits)+Unit No.(2digits)+ Floor No.(2digits)+Room No.(2digits)+ Extension No.(2digits).
3.MJPG of the device number is 2999999999901, room number code of the device can be set according to the actual floor type, for example, Unit device of Unit 1, Building 1, Area 1, needed to be set as 2010101010101. When setting room number, button “*” can clear error input, button “#” can confirm input completed.
3.3 Card Management
1.Adding resident IC card, press “0” to select function of adding card.

2.Adding IC card operation: Input room No that needs adding IC card, if it is on unit machine input 4 digits, eg: 0101, if it is on the fence machine, input 10 digits room No, eg: 0102010101(Room 101, Unit 1, Building 2, Area 1), Press “#” to confirm.
2.After correct room No input, press “#” to confirm, them start reading card, prompt to place access control card on card reader, then start issuing, when issuing finished press “#” to exit card issuing, press “*” to return to the previous step then card issued successfully.
3. Press “1” to select deleting card, enter next menu, press “0” to delete card according to card No, press “1” to delete card according to room No, press “2” to delete all cards issued locally.
4.Press “0” + “#” to select card No, then input IC card No, if IC card exist on the door phone then prompts deleting successfully, otherwise prompts this card No doesn’t exist.
5.Press “1”+ “#” to select room No, then input room No corresponding to all cards that need to be deleted, if it is on the unit machine then input 4 digits room No, eg: 0101, if it is on the fence machine then input 10 digits room No, eg: 0102010101. If the room number exists IC card, then delete the room number of all households’ IC cards; If the input room No doesn’t exist IC card then prompts the input room No without IC card.
6.Press “2” to delete all cards issued locally, prompts to confirm deleting all cards issuing locally, press “#” to confirm deleting, and press “*” to return to the previous step. 四、 Parameters
